My happy last week★

I went to “Ouchi cafe” with Chikako and Nami last Monday. There is near KGU. I went there for the first time. It is cute cafe. We ate French toasts. I chose chocolate sauce. There are many kinds of it. For example, there are honey and cinnamon. It was delicious and so sweet!! It cost 400yen. I liked it. We chatted to a lot of things. I enjoy eating and talking. I want to go again.


Last Tuesday, May 25 is Satoko’s birthday. She became 20 years old!! So we held birthday party. We went to JOHN ROE, and we ate delicious dish and sweets. I had a good time.

So last week was so happy!!

BR1-09:The story of chocolate

I went to a library today. I found a book. The title of the book is “The story of chocolate”. I chose the book. Because, it seems like interesting and I like chocolates very much!! I eat it every day. So I wanted to know about it. I think that chocolates are popular sweets in the world. Girls and women buy or made chocolate sweets and present it for boy and man in February 14th. It was called “valentine’s day” and a special day for us!! We can convey our feelings like love or thanks!! Chocolates are necessary sweets for us.

I explain about history of chocolates. I can’t believe but, chocolates are drink first of all. People lived the rainforest in America who had dunked it first time. And they called Mayans. It was important parts of Mayan life. To my surprise, Mayan kings began to drink it every day. Cocoa beans became so valuable at that time. They treated as money.

Hundreds of years later, a group of merchants arrived in a Mayan village. They journeyed for some days to find strange goods and foods for their emperor. When they had known about the valuable chocolate, they brought for their emperor. He was so liked it.
There was Spanish explorer who named Hernan. He got chocolates and decided that it mixed lots of sugar. It became sweet and delicious.
Gossip of chocolates spread fast. But it was very expensive. Only rich Europeans can buy to drink it. Poor people couldn’t drink it. Today, we can buy the chocolates almost anywhere in the world. It is cheap now. I didn’t know history of chocolates. I’m glad to know about it!!

Other countries

I am interested in other countries. I want to travel many countries someday. I have visited to Korea once before. It was first time to visit to a foreign country. It is no earthquakes so I saw many high building in Korea. And I am going to stay about for a month in America this summer vacation. I have never been to America. I am looking forward to spending my host family. But I am worried about my English skills. So I study English hard now.

BR1-08: Beauty& the Beast

I read Beauty and the Beast. It is love story. I think that everybody know it. I like this story so much!!
There was a very rich man who named Pierry. He had three daughters.
One day, he lost his way and wandered into a strange place. It was getting dark and fog had set in. Fortunately, he found a castle. So he entered it. But, it is the beast’s castle!! He was caught by beast. Then, his youngest daughter went to there to help him. She is a beauty. The beast had been lived alone for long time. And she promised him to stay with you. But her father release from the beast. She started to live with him. She became aware of his kindness little by little.
Finally, she accepted his love. At that time, the beast disappeared for a short while. After that, handsome prince appeared. To her surprise, the hand same price was the beast!! And he explained that why he turned beast. A fairy cast a spell on him. He refused a proposed from the fairy. So she was so angry. In the end, the magic solved. Beauty and the prince were married the next day. The place was church and there are many roses. This story made me happy.

After school, I went to downtown with Aya and Kinchan last Monday. First we went PALCO! There are many good clothe, shoes, accessories and bags. It is very popular store among young people .Then, we went window -shopping in “simotori”. Then, we were hungry so we ate pasta in a “Plont”. I liked it!! We had a long chat over the meal.

How to make BLT sandwiches★

Today, I’m going to tell you how to make BLT sandwiches for four people. BLT stands for bacon, lettuce and tomato and it is my favorite kind. First, you need some twelve strips of bacon which you will fry in a frying pan and season with salt and pepper until they are crisp. Then, turn it with a turner. Set those aside. Then, you will need eight slices of bread, which you will toast lightly in a toaster and put it on a cutting board. When those are done, you need to prepare eight leaves of lettuce washed in water and twelve thick slices of tomato. Then, you spread mayonnaise on the eight slices of bread with a butter knife. Then, on four slices of bread place the lettuce and sliced tomato. After that, spread mustard on bread and add the bacon strips. Finally, add the second piece of bread and cut in half with a knife. You’re ready for great lunches!!

I have 14 other classes in spring semester. And I will have 12 other classes in fall semester. So I am busy with my study in spring semester. My favorite classes are Korean and advance guide in “Kaigaikenshu”. I think that Korean is little hard for me. But teacher is good. He sometimes talks funny story. And advance guide in “Kaigaikensyu” is the best class for me! We are getting ready for a home stay in Minnesota of America in this summer vacation. I am looking forward to study English in America.

BR1-07: Puss in Boots

I read “Puss in Boots”. There was a poor miller who had three sons. He had mill, donkey and orange cat. One day, he died. So the oldest son took the mill. Then the middle brother grabbed the donkey. The youngest boy was left with cat. The boy’s name was Tom. He was a new master of a cat. But the cat was no ordinary. For one thing, he wore boots. What’s more, he talked!! They experienced incredible adventure. Finally, thanks to the cat, Tom married beautiful princes!!

How I study English

I like English so I study English now. For example, I like to listen to music in English. My favorite singers are Avril Lavigne and Back street Boys. Then, I sometimes reading English book. When I am free, I watching American movies. But I am not good at to speak English. So I will take part in Kaigaikensyu next summer vacation. I’m looking forward to speaking English. I want to get English skill more.

BR1-06:The Clumsy Crocodile

I read the “Clumsy Crocodile” today. It was a crocodile’s story. She was a scatterbrain and optimistic. So she came across many happening.
One day, clumsy crocodile got a job at Everglades department store. There were six sections of the department store. First, she was sent to work in the Chinese corner. But, she broke sixty cups after she stared the job only ten minutes.
Next, she was sent to the toy corner. She didn’t want any more accidents. But, she broke a train toy by her tail. So she was sent to the food hall. To make the matter worse, she knocked over bowl. It was a salad bowl. It hit on Everglade’s head. He owned the department store. He was her boss and so angry. She apologized and promised to him that she will be very careful behaviors.
Finally, she was send to the luxury goods corner. There was the most expensive thing in the store. It was a jewel. To her surprise, two thieves came to stole it.
But in the end, she beat the thieves and turned her into hero. This story made me funny!!!

BR1-05:Story of Gnomes & Goblines

I read "Story of Gnomes & Goblins". It is dwarfs story. Contents are chapter1 to 4. Chapter 1 is “The lazy gnome", 2 is "Goblin hill", 3 is "A magic bridge" and 4 is “Willo the Wisp. 1's story is an old man and a gnome made rice farming. It is a strange story. I couldn’t understand why the gnome farming. My favorite chapter is 2. One day, Jessy was skipping a road when she heard a strange and small voice. When she looked down, there was a fairy which is caught in a spider's web. So she helped a fairy. The fairy so thanked for her. And then she invited the party from the fairy. It was very cute and incredible story, so I liked it so much.

Gyoza♪

I made "Gyoza" today. It was inetresting to me. It took me an hour. I tell you about it's recipe!!



Ingredients: skin of gyoza, cabbage, leek, minced meat(beef or pork), spicy oil used to season Chinese food , salt , papper, soysauce and vinegar.



How to make it!


First, cut a quarter of cabbage, leeks small pieces.

Second, mix cabbages, leeks, minced meats. Then, mix littel seasonings into them.
Third, wrap ingredients in skin of gyoza.
Next, bake in a casserole and bake untill brown.
Finally,make sauce for gyoza. Mix seven parts soysauze to three parts vinegar.
That's all!! It was easy for me. I want to study cooking　more★

I watched " Avator" and "2012". Do you know these movies?? I watched Avater in a theater too. This film directed by James, Cameron. He accomplished it afetr a great many years. This is a good story, but too long for me. I doze off while watching it. His famous film was "Titanic". This is a great movie!! I think everyone have ever watched it.

And "2012" is a panic story by a nutural disaster. Many statesmen, geologists and scientists made desperate efforts to save the world, but almost all the people die in 2012. This is a powerfull and my recommend movie!! I was thought my way of life. I came to have a different outlook on the world.

Food and eating habits

I like to eat very much!! My favorite foods are chocolates, fruits and ice creams. I dislike cheese. Because I felt unwell comes from overeating when I was high school student. And I sometimes cook dinner. My favorite dishes are ginger-flavored slices of fried pork and hamburger. But I seldom make my lunch. Because, I always get up late. So I want to get into the habit to prepare it!!

Overslept

I overslept and was late getting to the school today. Because there was a drinking session with my part time job's member yesterday. I had a part time job. It finished 10:30p.m. After that we went to a bar near our place of work. We drinked for 3 hours. We ate delicious foods. I liked "Yakitori" and "Yakisoba". I came home 2:00a.m. And I slept 3:00p.m. So I overslept!! I should have got up at 8:00 today. But I get up at 9:30. I want to pay attention not to oversleep.

Yesterday

Yesterday, I went to go the Misato town. Because there are the longest stone steps in Japan. The numbers are 3333. It took me two hours!! And it is a steep incline. I suprised about there were many people was comming. Even littel cildren went up it. Then the wither was nice. I was greatly touched by with a beautiful piece of scenery. It seems to be much minus ion. I thought nothing is as precious as nature. I like height. So I gradually went up it, I was exciteing. But I was a tired and sweated. I had a good exercise. My muscle is pain now.
