Gyoza♪

I made "Gyoza" today. It was inetresting to me. It took me an hour. I tell you about it's recipe!!



Ingredients: skin of gyoza, cabbage, leek, minced meat(beef or pork), spicy oil used to season Chinese food , salt , papper, soysauce and vinegar.



How to make it!


First, cut a quarter of cabbage, leeks small pieces.

Second, mix cabbages, leeks, minced meats. Then, mix littel seasonings into them.
Third, wrap ingredients in skin of gyoza.
Next, bake in a casserole and bake untill brown.
Finally,make sauce for gyoza. Mix seven parts soysauze to three parts vinegar.
That's all!! It was easy for me. I want to study cooking more★
