There are two cooking steps in this recipe.
First is preparing. Second is cooking.
I explain the first step preparing. Cut down chicken thigh and an onion in half. Rinse leaves of lettuce with water. Mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and red chili pepper.
Next, I explain the second step cooking. Soak chicken thigh in eggs and flour. Put oil in a pot and fry chicken pieces until brown. Sprinkle lemon juice, salt and pepper, pour the nanban source over chicken. Finally dish up!!
